Choreographer Ismo-Pekka Heikinheimo is a graduate of London Contemporary Dance School. He has created more than 25 innovative and interdisciplinary choreographies. His work has been presented in 14 countries from Iceland to Namibia.

Ismo is known for artistic bravery in breaking the boundaries of dance in his collaboration with performance and visual art, scenographers, architects, musicians and voice, fashion and light design. He taught Contemporary Dance at the Theatre Academy of Finland from 1996 to 2001. Heikinheimo is the artistic director of Ismo Dance.
